E5 is a vibrant, lively and dynamic church family and there’s a space for everyone. Whatever your background, age or walk of life, you’ll find a place to be welcomed.
GO ALL IN
All In is our campaign for people to sign up to serve within different areas around the life of the church. There are many different areas where we need volunteers so there’s something for everyone. Find out below what’s involved and use the button to contact us.
We are looking for people who can cook at any of our events, serve behind our Bistro which opens weekly, or just people who are willing to help prepare or clean up after an event.
We believe in the next generation, so seeking inspired and inspiring individuals who have a real heart to see this generation thrive. There are many roles- from hosting, to getting alongside a young person, to helping set up spaces. We ensure all volunteers are strictly DBS checked and go through a formal induction process, as safety is paramount to our procedure.
We understand this area could be more of a ‘specialised skill’ and so would want to make sure this area was right for the person keen to be involved. Get in touch with us if you feel led to volunteer in this area.
The church building is one of our greatest assets so we are committed to looking after it. We would greatly value people willing to lend a hand in DIY jobs, cleaning, or helping with some of the bigger projects.
We value the people in our local community, so are looking for compassionate but resilient people to join in with the groups we run from the Kings centre. These roles range from helping with serving refreshments to helping manage the doors to connecting with people whatever their situation; and can be expressed in Street Church, Foodbank, Stay & Play and others
E5 MINISTRIES
We run various ministries at E5 – from Junior church to our Kings club to our Mens and Women groups, there is something for all ages and backgrounds here at E5.
Our ministries are focussed on discipling each other on becoming more like Jesus.
E5 CREATIVES
We believe that God has given us all different abilities that we can explore and use to glorify Him. E5 Creatives is a collection of creative people who use art as a means to express their worship through various projects such as art exhibitions and our striking mural.
E5 BRISTOL CITY CHURCH is part of the global Elim Pentecostal Church movement, which has hundreds of churches throughout the UK and the rest of the World.
